Monday, December 4th
We took MAPS today. If you were absent, you must complete this prior to December 20th. Contact Mrs. Foley to schedule an appointment to do this.

Remember, your TIB essays will be turned in electronically at the beginning of the block on Wednesday. Make sure you look at Mrs. Foley's comments, edit/revise your essay, and polish it for Wednesday's publish!

Thursday, November 30th 
Please refer to Notes 11/30 for quick write, target, and notes on Thesis/Belief Statements and Conclusions

In class...
1. Independent Reading Time
2. Quick Write
3. Mini-Lesson: Thesis and Conclusion (see power point above for notes)
4.
Work time on your conclusion for your This I Believe Essay. If you don't finish this by the end of the block, it is homework

At home... 
If you do not have a completed draft, finish it  before the next class period.
Rough draft due to Mrs. Foley by 11:59 pm on Friday, December 1st. This is for feedback, and is worth 30 points.

3. Hand back tests and review revision process

If you do not have a completed Introduction and Anecdote, finish them  before the next class period.

Friday, November 17th
