SENIOR PICTURES:
VITALLY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you want your senior picture included in the 2022-23 Lahian (we certainly want it),YOU must submit the photograph to The Lahian. This is a very simple process, but it is your responsibility to submit your photograph. If you do not submit a photograph to theLahian staff through one of the ways listed below, you run the very serious risk of notbeing included in the yearbook. REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL SENIOR PHOTOGRAPHS
*NOTE* Professional photographers offer packages that include multiple photos and severaldifferent types of photographs. We encourage you to have fun with all those options andto take several different photographs. However, the photograph you submit to the Lahianmust meet these requirements:
1. Show your full face (no profiles, face coverings, sunglasses, etc.)
2. Show entire torso
(from chest to above top of head. No close-up or panorama)
3. Show ONLY you (no friends, family, animals, objects, props, etc.)
4. No special graphics or after-effects
5. No sunglasses, hats, or overly revealing clothing
THE EASIEST WAY TO SUBMIT is to simply go to a Preferred Photographer (listed below). When you hire a PreferredPhotographer, you sit for your photo shoot and that’s it... you’re all done! Preferred Photographers not only take high-quality senior photos that automatically meet all Lahian
requirements, the y offer unique sets and poses designed with your personality in mind.PLUS, they agree to take on the responsibility of collecting the $20 placement fee andsending your senior photo to the Lahian staff. When you leave a Preferred Photographer’sstudio, you are DONE! Nothing more to do.
THE SOMEWHAT-EASY WAY TO SUBMIT... is to hire your own non-preferred photographer and upload your own photograph online.
You can pay your photo fee on the parent portal.
Your uploaded photo must meet the following requirements:
1. Must be portrait orientation (not landscape – ie, tall, not wide)
2. Must be no less than 300 DPI
3. Must be a color portrait
4. Must also meet all the content requirements above
5. Save the JPG file as the student’s LAST NAME.FIRST NAME

All Preferred Photographers have offered
to take a single, no-frills (but still professional and high quality) senior photo
absolutely FREE. They’ll also handle collecting the $20 placement fee and sending the photo to the Lahian staff. No other costs necessary.
