Student Senate
Lakewood High School (LHS) Student Senate representatives are elected in the fall and plan a variety of activities throughout the year. The senate coordinates legislative activities that affect students and provide assistance to other campus organizations.
Senators are the primary communication link between the administration and the student community. The Senate offers students the opportunity to develop leadership, civic awareness, community involvement and basic understanding of human relations.
Goal
The goal of the LHS Student Senate goal is to spread positivity and grow a spirited community throughout our student body while also representing diverse voices and aspirations.
We are committed to fostering a vibrant and inclusive school community where every student can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Our core values of leadership, advocacy, and service guide us as we work collaboratively to create positive change within our school environment.
