Mark Reitsma

About Me:  
I am excited to be in my 5th year here at Lakewood. I am in my 18th year of teaching, and enjoy interacting with students and staff more now than when I first began.
This year I get to teach Earth Science. We get to do many hands-on activities that help understand more about the world around us, and how many things work!
Personally, I have a wonderful wife, and 2 beautiful kids. 
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside hiking or camping. I also like to read (history, westerns, thrillers, and more!), watch movies, and hang  out with friends and family.
